A lead source report does not need to be complex. It should answer where inquiries came from and which sources produced real opportunities.
Group by source
Use categories such as organic search, Google Ads, referral, social, email, and direct.
Add outcome
Track whether each lead was contacted, quoted, won, or lost. Source without outcome is incomplete.
Review monthly
A monthly review is enough for many small teams. Look for sources with high volume but low quality.
